1. Maximum time
The customer can return their purchase up to 14 days after purchase. No need to give us any explanation.
2. Procedure to make a cancellation
Simply go to your customer profile and in the order section you can make your return request. In case you need assistance you can contact us at the email email@example.com.
The full amount of the purchase whose price is shown in the order will be returned. If the customer has made a bank transfer with charge, this charge will not be included in the return.
The cases in which a return is not allowed are the following: when the reservation of a travel flight, air taxi or custom flight has been formally closed, in these cases the cancellation penalties described in the Terms and Conditions of Use will apply or on the same day of a flight of any type already scheduled.
